The PureConnect CIC Core Certification exam has a primary focus on the evolution of calculated configurations in users or workgroups and positions required to meet a company’s profitability goals. If you are interested in pursuing this exam, you will be directed through many sub-components relating to the Interaction Administrator® People Container. This explores relevant configuration sources. Once certified, you can cohesively develop, design and modify the most common call routing for PureConnect.
Ideal Candidates for this exam could be a PureConnect system administrator, project manager, operations director or sales manager. If you are in the operations or sales divisions of a corporation, your role as a PureConnect specialist will further assist you in reaching your goals in this field. How long does it take to become certified for this position?
To earn a valid CIC certificate, you must successfully finish and pass five courses, then you must pass each corresponding exam within five (5) calendar years.
